Join the City in Earthquake Preparedness Drill
We hope you join the City of Yelm, the City of Yelm Police Department, and Yelm Community Schools, by participating in the Great Washington Shakeout event at 10:17 a.m. Oct. 17. As part of the Shakedown, the Police Department will test our emergency notification system by sending an internal alert to staff and elected officials, who will then simulate what they would do in an actual earthquake event.
